We all love playing with water. kids, let's visit the oceans and beaches around the world. The oceans and beaches are not just a pleasant place to visit, they are vital for the health of our planet.

Oceans are mysterious. Deep down they are as dark as night. The temperatures are just above freezing point while in a few places.
About 70 % of the earth's surface is covered with water.

There are five oceans. The Pacific ocean Separates Asia and Oceania from the America. It is also the biggest ocean.
The Atlantic ocean Separates the America from Eurasia and Africa, it is the deepest ocean. The Indian ocean Washes upon southern Asia and separates Africa and Australia. The Southern ocean Sometimes considered an extension of the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian Oceans, which encircles Antarctica.

The Ocean is divided in three zones, Euphotic zone is the top most layer of the ocean where light can penetrate.
The Disphotic zone is the middle layer of the ocean, its is deep and very small rays hit these areas.
The Equator divides the Atlantic in north and south sections,the Atlantic ocean was named after the Greek God Atlas.
The Aphotic zone is the third layer of the ocean, it is the deepest of all zones, the Aphotic zone is completely dark and the temperatures in these areas are extremely cold.
